COVID-19 Safety Precautions
Here at GSA we strive to create a community atmosphere. Our motto, One Love, represents a lifetime spent working and building the soccer community here in Goshen and surrounding communities. Although soccer is our passion, the safety of our community is our number one priority. Below we have outlined the precautions that GSA will be taking to keep you and your family safe. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and adherence to the following guidelines.
At any point, if you feel unsafe despite the measures we have taken or are unsure you are able to comply with our guidelines, please stay home. There will be plenty of soccer to play in the future and we will look forward to welcoming you back to GSA when COVID-19 is resolved.
GSA Mask Policy: All individuals are encouraged to wear a mask inside GSA facilities, however, at this point a mask is not required.
Spectators: If possible we are asking you to comply with the following requests to create the safest atmosphere possible.
– Adults participating in GSA activities are asked to come alone.
– For children participating in GSA activities, we ask that they only be accompanied by one parent or guardian.
Additional precautions:
Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout GSA
Between each game or activity, a break will be taken to ensure that participants leaving and arriving will not have to interact.
Every evening the facility will be sanitized with a CDC approved disinfectant
Here is a video from the CDC outlining some best practices for making youth sports as safe as possible.
